  • While we do keep a small inventory on hand, many of our bags are made to order. Please review our shipping and handling details below.

    Processing Time

    • Ready-to-ship bags will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

    • Made-to-order bags require additional time for creation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping provider for assistance.

    • If your order arrives damaged, please reach out with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will work on a resolution.

    Returns

    • Due to the handmade nature of our tote bags, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

    • If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide a solution.

    • To be eligible for a return, the tote bag must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.

    Refunds

    • If a return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

    • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order.
